Hello! I'm Adrián, from Pecorea - Miel El Pedregal, and I'm part of a family of farmers and beekeepers from a small town in Tierra de Campos called San Pedro de Latarce. We are producers of artisan honey from Valladolid.

We cold extract the honey from our hives. This raw honey will crystallise naturally with the arrival of the autumn cold.

We want every jar of honey our bees make to be a jewel of nature and to retain all the enzymes, amino acids and vitamins, among 200 other natural substances and benefits that make honey a superfood.

Pecorea cream honey is obtained in a unique way:

We scrape over the crystallised honey with our special helimiel machine.

This scraping process is one of the reasons why our honey is not denatured. Unlike other honeys that are heated to liquefy them, losing their properties, our creamed honey maintains its authentic essence and benefits. This makes it a much healthier and more nutritious option, while offering a comfortable and manageable texture.
